Silgan Containers, a leading metal can manufacturer, sought to expand operations and expressed interest in occupying Zilber Property Group's (ZPG) first speculative building at Kenosha Corporate Park.

• The facility spanned 525,000 square feet and would accommodate Silgan's need for 300,000 square feet for warehousing and distribution and 225,000 square feet for manufacturing.
• Due to their specialized manufacturing processes, the facility required a distinct build-out, including food-grade compliance, a quality assurance lab, flammable liquids storage, heavy electrical distribution, and soundproofed office layouts.

Build-outs, enhancements, and food-grade upgrades were successfully completed, providing Silgan with over 372,000 square feet of warehouse space in the second building.
