Jason Lueders
Director of Construction

Background and Overview:

Jason Lueders serves as Director of Construction for Zilber Property Group and spearheads the due diligence, design, entitlement, infrastructure, pre-construction, and project management activities for new development projects and acquisitions. Over his career, he has been actively involved in the acquisition and construction of over 50 industrial buildings, totaling more than 20 million square feet. His specialties include cold-storage, build-to-suit opportunities, and ground-up development. Jason joined the team in 2012 as Construction Manager, and prior to joining Zilber, he led the pre-construction activities for a general contractor, further honing his skills in large-scale industrial projects.
