Lisa Kurszewski serves as the Senior Transaction Manager at Zilber Property Group, where she oversees the complete lease process, from initial space assessments to final lease execution. She excels in determining suitable properties, negotiating favorable lease terms, managing internal workflows, and preparing all related documents, including leases, amendments, and renewals. Lisa also drafts and issues client proposals based on lease terms and conditions, facility and site information, construction schedules, and market rents. With over 20 years of experience in leasing and business development, she has been a key player at Zilber since joining as a Leasing Administrator. In her free time, Lisa enjoys attending various Wisconsin sporting events, photography, playing tennis, and volunteering with the Hunger Task Force and Lakefront Festival of Art.
