Background and Overview:

Frank Dekan joined Zilber Ltd. in 2004 and currently serves as the Senior Construction Manager. He is responsible for pre-construction planning and construction execution for all aspects of industrial development and tenant improvements. With a focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, Frank can handle intricate requirements and complex buildouts for heavy manufacturers and distribution clients alike. Prior to joining Zilber Property Group, Frank worked with Zilber Ltd.'s other subsidiaries including Homes by Towne and KM Development managing multifamily construction projects and commercial construction projects.
