Zilber Property Group (“ZPG”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of 711 Fairview Drive.  The fully-leased, Class A industrial facility is strategically located less than two miles from I-88 in the west Chicago suburb of DeKalb.

Recent investments in DeKalb have positioned the locale for continued future growth opportunities to its industrial base.

711 Fairview is currently occupied by Solotech, a global leader in audiovisual and entertainment and B&C Logistics, a third-party logistics firm.
