Zilber Property Group is pleased to announce the development of two speculative industrial facilities, totaling over 400,000 square feet in Germantown.
The two facilities, each totaling approximately 200,000 square feet, will be constructed in the newly developed Germantown Gateway Corporate Park, which is anchored by a 706,000 square foot distribution facility for Wauwatosa based Briggs & Stratton Corporation. Germantown Gateway Corporate Park is located at the intersection of Holy Hill Road and Gateway Crossing, less than one mile east of the I-41 and Holy Hill Road interchange.
“We are excited about Zilber’s additional growth in Germantown Gateway Corporate Park. The two new industrial buildings will be high quality additions to the Germantown community,” stated Dean Wolter, President, Village of Germantown.
