Zilber Property GroupSM closed recently on the fully occupied, 36,560 square foot, precast facility located at 18770 S. 88th Avenue, Mokena, Illinois.

The facility provides direct access to I-80, with proximity to I-355, I-57 and I-294. “We were attracted to this investment opportunity due to the property’s prominent location, ease of access, and favorable Will County economic climate.
