A Bayside office building sold for $4.5 million and could be used to house businesses currently in the footprint of the neighboring $200 million OneNorth redevelopment.
The almost 37,000-square-foot Bayside Woods office building at 8989 N. Port Washington Road was sold to a company led by William La Macchia, founder of The Mark Travel Corp. Mark Travel occupies offices at that same quadrant of the Interstate 43, Brown Deer Road interchange. Developer Cobalt Partners is in talks with La Macchia to buy Mark Travel’s buildings for its mixed-use project.
The Bayside Woods office’s tenants include CSD Structural Engineers. An affiliate of Zilber Property Group, Milwaukee, sold Bayside Woods.
