The continuing momentum of the regions’ real estate market was reflected Thursday evening as the Commercial Association of Real Estate Wisconsin handed out its 2019 Deal of the Year awards.

Several hundred Milwaukee-area real estate, construction, architecture and banking executives attended the event, which was held at the Grain Exchange in downtown Milwaukee.

“This year’s submissions showcased a high level of collaboration amongst brokerage firms which led to some extremely complicated and creative deals being done” said Tracy Johnson, CEO of  CARW. “Our market is evolving quickly and brokers who are prepared and connected are best-equipped for success.”

Industrial Deal of the Year – Briggs and Stratton Global Distribution Center in Germantown, which included Michael Kleber of  Zilber Property Group, along with Bill Bonifas, Matt Cariello, Kenzie Kiefer and Karl Wiedenman of CBRE.
